📦 Shipping and Cancellation

  • 🛑 Order Cancellation:
    You can cancel your order within 24 hours after it has been placed.
    To do so, please contact us by email at: contact@casaluna.shop
    and include your order number and the reason for the cancellation.
    Our customer service team will reply to confirm the cancellation.

🚚 Delivery Times

You will receive your order within an estimated period of 9 to 11 business days.
Here are the details of our shipping policy:

  • Processing time: 2 to 3 business days
  • Shipping time: 6 to 8 business days

⚠️ During peak seasons or sale periods, delivery times may be slightly longer.

  • We also offer express delivery (excluding weekends and public holidays) for orders placed before 7:30 p.m. from Monday to Friday.
    Orders placed after that time will be delivered within 2 business days.
  • Your package may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on the destination country.
    The recipient is responsible for these charges. CasaLuna cannot estimate them in advance.
  • In most cases, delivery takes between 9 and 11 days. We use DHL, UPS, FedEx, or EMS.
    The package is then handed over to the local postal service, which may affect final delivery times.
  • Important: Do not abandon your package at customs due to fees.
    If the charges are not paid, the carrier cannot return the package and no refund will be issued.
  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, shipping costs are non-refundable.
    We can resend the order, but reshipping costs will be at your expense.

How to track your shipment?
Your tracking code will be sent by email a few days after your order.
Please allow 2 to 3 business days after receiving the shipping notification for tracking information to update.
